How do I know which size to choose if I'm between two?
If you are between two sizes, we recommend you choose based on the fit you are looking for. If you prefer a more fitted look, choose the smaller size; if you like a more oversized style, opt for the larger one. Please note that many of our garments have a loose cut designed to be worn baggy. Always consult the size guide for each product, as measurements may vary depending on the style.
Can I pay in installments (Klarna, Aplazame, etc.)?
Yes, we offer a payment in installments option through [Klarna / Aplazame / whichever one you use]. You can select this option directly at checkout and split the amount into several payments with no hassle.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellation during the first few hours after placing your order, as long as it has not yet entered the preparation process. Please write to us as soon as possible at [email/contact] indicating your order number and we will help you. Once the order is on its way, we will not be able to modify it, but you can manage the return when you receive it.
How do I know my order has been successfully confirmed?
Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary, products, total amount, and shipping address. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us and we will confirm it for you.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to view the shipping status in real-time. You can also check it from the "My Orders" section in your account.
What is the deadline for returning a product?
You have [14/30] days from receipt of your order to request a return. The garment must be unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You can initiate the process from the "Returns" section of your account or by contacting us.
How should I wash and care for clothes?
To help your garments maintain their shape, color, and quality for as long as possible, we recommend washing them inside out with cold water (max. 30°C), avoiding the dryer, and not using bleach. Always check the label of each garment, as recommendations may vary depending on the fabric (heavyweight cotton, knitwear, etc.).
